Do you like cookies and peanut butter? If so, this recipe is for you!
Yield: 40 cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda; set aside.
Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and milk. Add the flour mixture; mix well.
Shape into 40 balls and place each into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball. Cool and carefully remove from pan.

Mmmm..........Miso Soup
Hello, it's me, Evelyn, again. I found a cool recipe to make Miso Soup and I would like to share it with you. Well, let's get started!
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Ready In: 10 min
Yield: 3-4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 cups water
2 ounces firm tofu, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 tablespoon light miso paste
2 teaspoons barley miso paste
1/2 cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS:
1) In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Ladle out about 1/2 cup of the boiling water, and reserve. Add tofu. Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add spinach or bok choy; simmer about 1 to 2 minutes, or until the greens are tender. Remove soup from heat.
2) Blend white miso and barley miso into reserved hot water. Stir into soup. Ladle into bowls, and garnish with scallion. Serve immediately.
